You can enroll in a Medicare Supplement Plan at any time once you get on Part B. You may be subject to medical underwriting if you enroll outside of your Open Enrollment Period. You can cancel a Supplement at any time.

For a Medicare Supplement, Open Enrollment is a 6-month window from your Part B effective date. Applications can be submitted 90 days before the Part B effective date. 

The AEP is from October 15th-December 7th. This is the time where you can switch your Advantage Plan and/or Drug Plan to be effective Jan 1 of the following year. Beneficiaries can also enroll if never enrolled in an MA Plan before.

A 7-month window starting 3 months before 65th birthday, the month of, and 3 months after. 

No. OEP, the "MA Open Enrollment Period," is only for those who are currently in a MA Plan. This takes place Jan 1- March 31 every year.
